In-Stock Orders: All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be identified with an estimated delivery date if the manufacturer has provided that information. These dates are subject to change by the manufacturer, and out of our control. These items will ship to you as soon as they arrive with us.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-orders, we will hold your order and ship all items together once available. Should you prefer to have us go ahead and ship the in-stock items, please place them in a separate order.
